Can I use wallet-size photos?

Yes! Most models have smaller windows that are designed for
wallet photos. Models 12... and BZ... are the best matches for
portrait photos. Models 13... are the best for "landscape" photos.
Some cropping is necessary for all models - made easy with our
exclusive outliner. The amount of cropping varies with the size
of your wallet photos which may be any of the following sizes:

  • 2" x 3" are called "Mini-Wallets"
  • 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" are called "Standard Wallets
  • 2-1/3" x 3-1/3" are also called "Standard Wallets"
  • 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" are called "Traditional" or "Jumbo"

Can I use 4"x6" photos?

You can also use 4" x 6" photos because inside most of them
there is a wallet-sized portrait waiting to be cropped.
Note: in some frames, the largest photo may require a 5"x7"


How does the Outliner help me crop photos?

The Outliner is nothing more than a sheet of plastic sized perfectly for our windows, as illustrated in the photo on the left (the protection film is now clear not blue, but blue was used here for visual clarity).

The photo on the right shows what you would see when you have the outliner in place over a photo. When you have it positioned the way you want, just draw a line around the Outliner with a pen and then crop it with a utility knife or scissor. No ruler required. No guesswork. It couldn't be simpler!


How do I mount photos?

You can mount them to the back of the mat but it's easier to mount them
on the templates we provide (example shown below). You only need to
use a small amount of tape on the top edge of the photo. mount photos example


How do I personalize my frame after I purchase it?

To receive your FREE laser-printed personalization
simply email us the following information:

  1. Child's name or title of frame
  2. Birth date or footer text
  3. Model number of frame
  4. Color of template (the printed sheet behind the mat).
  5. The name and address we should send it to.

What happens if I receive a defective item?

If there are any defective parts we will ship you a replacement part
or the entire frame if necessary. There is absolutely no cost to you!
In most case you do not even have to return the product.


What if I want to exchange an item?

If you decide to exchange an item we will split the shipping costs.
You pay to return the product you want to exchange and we will
pay to ship you the replacement. There is never a restocking fee.
Of course, we will refund or charge your credit card depending
on the price difference, if any, between the products.


What should I do if I'm not satisfied?

Contact us before you return an item - we may be able to provide
a custom solution just for you. If not, just return the items in
their original packaging and we will promptly refund what you
paid us and even what it cost you to ship the products back.
You won't have spent a single penny.


Are dimensions listed the Overall size?

Frame dimensions listed are the size of the frame contents (glass, mat, etc).
The overall size is larger by approximately twice the moulding width listed.
Ex. an 11"x14" frame with 1" moulding is about 13"x16" overall.
